Terms & Conditions
Only orders with changed delivery dates and orders wit no credit insurance will be informed by email. All other orders receive no email confirmation. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances[but not limited to]:
- The product you ordered being unavailable.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your order of the credit Insurance company.
We only accept payment by Bank transfer. If you need any assistance please call 44(0) 20 32864495. Please ensure that your Company Name and order number / invoice number is clearly marked on the transfer.

In case of a negative rating of the credit Insurance company Euler Hermes, Your order will not be shipped until the full amount is paid. You are responsible for additional bank charges applied by your bank. You should make this clear to your bank during the transfer. All goods remain the property of Hillbay Consultancy Ltd until paid for in full. We do only offer credit accounts in case of a positive rating of the credit Insurance company.
3. Shipping, Cancellations and Returns
The decision of the shipping company in case of a free house delivery is in our hands. In case of anon free house shipping, the client is free to choose.Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods.You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 10 working days upon receipt of delivery by sending us an e-mail.
- If the postcode or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may occur. Your right to cancel Your order finishes at the moment the materials have been ordered.
- If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Otherwise you will have no right to any of the remedies set out below.
- If you notify a problem to us, we will, at our option: To make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair, at our option, any goods that are damaged or defective; or refund to you the whole or part of the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.
5. Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Therefore we can only conclude the contract with you in English and not in any other language.
6. Limitations on our liability to you
You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation which affect your purchase and subsequent use of our goods. This includes obtaining all necessary customs,import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you.
We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
To the extent that law permits us to do so, we exclude all our liability to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem relating to the goods you buy from us, other than there medies listed in paragraph c above.
If a court does decide we are liable to pay you compensation,that compensation will be limited to the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Please note that nothing in this section of these terms and conditions (or in any other section) is intended to limit any rights you might have or other statutory rights that may not be excluded by law, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence of for fraudulent misrepresentation.
